  1. Employment. The Employer hereby employs the Employee and the Employee hereby accepts employment with the Employer on the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.
  2. Position and Duties. The Employee will be employed as [Position] and will be responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities associated with that position, as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto. The Employee may be required to perform additional duties as reasonably requested by the Employer.
  3. Term of Employment. The term of employment under this Contract shall begin on [Start Date] and shall continue for a period of [Term of Employment], unless earlier terminated as provided in this Contract.

  1. Governing Law. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
  2. Entire Agreement. This Contract contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
  3. Modification. This Contract may not be modified or amended except in writing signed by both parties.
  4. Assignment. This Contract shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. The Employee shall not assign this Contract or delegate any of the Employee’s duties hereunder without the prior written consent of the Employer.
  5. Severability. If any provision of this Contract is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
  6. Waiver. A waiver of any term or condition of this Contract by either party shall not be deemed a waiver of any other term or condition.
